Your responsibilities
- Proactive outreach and support of business clients (B2B)
- Advising on our services and preparing suitable offers
- Conducting sales conversations via phone, online, and on-site
- Maintaining customer data and sales activities in the CRM
- Following up on leads and expanding existing accounts
- Collaboration with marketing and specialist teams
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position or relevant field
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics, or a comparable commercial field (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in B2B sales or customer support
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer contact
- Persuasiveness, reliability, and goal orientation
- Confident handling of CRM and office tools
- Independent and committed working style
- Very good German language skills
