Your responsibilities
- Identifying new business areas, target audiences, and market potentials
- Building strategic partnerships and networks
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Analyzing market, competition, and trends
- Conceptualizing new offerings together with the departments
- Supporting negotiations and long-term customer relationships
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or relevant field
- A completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business administration, economics, management, or a comparable subject (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in business development, sales, or corporate development
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a knack for opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at various levels
- Analytical skills and a structured working approach
- Initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and good English skills
