Your responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Onboard new customers and support them throughout the collaboration
- Identify needs and potentials for additional services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the respective teams
- Monitor usage, success metrics and areas for action
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or relevant field
- Completed a degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, communication, economics, or a comparable field (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in customer success, account management or customer service
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with people
- Analytical thinking and an eye for opportunities
- Independent, structured working style
- Very good German and good English skills
