Your responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting and the entire application process
- Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Further development of HR processes, structures, and tools
- Support in employee development, onboarding, and retention
- Point of contact for HR-related questions and administrative topics
- Contribute to the advancement of the company culture
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or relevant field
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resource management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or in a comparable HR role
- Understanding of modern HR processes and employment law fundamentals
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and discretion
- Organizational talent and structured working style
- Initiative and enjoyment in working with people
- Very good German skills
