Your Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, and management of online marketing campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, Display)
- Developing marketing strategies along the entire customer journey
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on relevant KPIs
- Managing and expanding marketing channels and tools
- Creating reports and deriving actionable recommendations
- Collaboration with content, design, and sales teams
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in marketing, business administration, communication studies, or similar — mandatory requirement
- Experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency or company
- Knowledge in performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics
- Analytical thinking and a strong command of numbers and KPIs
- Creativity in developing campaigns and messages
- Independent, structured working style
- Very good German and good English skills
