Your responsibilities
- Identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients
- Conducting sales conversations and negotiations until closing
- Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
- Creating proposals and presentations in collaboration with specialist teams
- Maintaining the CRM system and tracking the sales pipeline
- Monitoring market, competition, and customer needs
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position or relevant field
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics, sales, or a comparable field (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in sales, ideally in IT, digital, or service sectors
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and results orientation
- Enjoy building customer relationships and achieving goals
- Confident, convincing, and professional demeanor
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German skills
