Your responsibilities
- Technical consulting and support for clients regarding questions and concerns
- Analysis of client requirements and development of suitable solutions
- Assistance with setup, usage, and troubleshooting
- Interface between clients and internal specialist teams
- Documentation of inquiries, solutions, and processes
- Participation in the continuous improvement of products and services
Your profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position or relevant field
- Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable technical subject (mandatory requirement)
- Technical understanding, ideally in the IT, software, or digital environment
- Enjoyment of communication with clients and problem-solving
- Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
- Service orientation, patience, and reliability
- Structured and self-responsible working style
- Very good German language skills
