About Apexiom

Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and designing user interfaces for web and app applications
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs (e.g., in Figma)
- Conducting user research, usability tests, and deriving improvements
- Developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Close collaboration with development and product management for implementation
- Ensuring consistent, accessible, and brand-compliant design
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in communication/interaction design, media informatics, or similar — mandatory requirement
- Experience in UI/UX design of digital products, preferably with a portfolio
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding user-centered design, usability, and current design trends
- A good sense of typography, color, layout, and interaction
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German language skills
